In the liberal world, government spending is investment, not an actual expenditure.
In the liberal world, any cuts in government spending are said to hit the poor hardest. Since they think government exists to subsidize the least among us, cutbacks become unacceptable in liberal minds.
Isn’t today- day 7?? The judge gave Obama 7 days to appeal or the healthcare bill is void???

I think they began the expedited appeal process (to SCOTUS) yesterday.

But a lot of 1 million people (some of whom who protect your national secrets, weapons and other security programs, monitor the safety of your borders, your air travel, your food and drugs, operate your veteran’s hospitals, issue your parents social security checks and pay their doctor’s bills to MEDICARE, etc etc etc - may not get paid
even though the “essentials” in each agency have already been identified as those who will work without pay to keep “essential” things operating
and our tsp retirement accounts may be diverted to a no-interest loan to Harry and Barry for emergency funding as happened in 2002
