I am not defending Trump but I saw that Drudge headline saying he dropped the F bomb and no where IN THE ARTICLE did it mention that he did.

We have been down this road before. McCain won the nomination in 2008 primarily because the Right declared Holy War on those (such as Guiliani) who could have beaten him.

Huckabee, Hunter, Thompson were among those who were posed as credible alternatives. Anyone with half a brain knew they had NO chance to win the presidency.

While West is clearly preferable to any of the above mentioned pretenders he is still far too unknown to win. The same is true of Paul Ryan who is perhaps more qualified but not well known enough.

In my mind Sarah is the only one with the name recognition and natural charisma to take the nomination and the White House. West has not encountered ANYTHING like the media Hate that will be unleashed upon the Republican nominee. Sarah has weathered the most unprecedented, coordinated campaign of Hate I have ever seen in fifty years of watching politics.

Obama never had to face a media determined to bring him down, West will. Obama had a complicit media anxious to help him hide everything about his past he did not want revealed. West will face questions about every jaywalking incident, every parking ticket, every cross word he ever had with anyone as well as whatever the media wants to make up out of thin air.

He has no more chance than Alan Keyes.

Here's the relevant part of the source document:
An individual applying for naturalization must demonstrate good moral character for a statutory period of time—from 5 years preceding the application up to admission to citizenship. This includes not having been convicted of crimes, such as murder, rape, drug trafficking, or other aggravated felonies prior to or during that period, as well as not having been convicted of other crimes during that period, such as certain drug offenses or convictions that led to 180 days or more of prison time.

Based upon our analysis of USCIS and DOJ data, three of the individuals on the DOJ list received U.S. citizenship after their convictions. Two were convicted of unlawful production of an identity document and one was convicted of transferring funds out of the country in violation of U.S. sanctions.

According to USCIS documentation, in all three cases
• the convictions were outside of the statutory period, were not aggravated felonies, and resulted in no prison time for the defendants;
• all required background checks were conducted and resolved with appropriate law enforcement agencies; and
• no national security, public safety, or other grounds of ineligibility existed.

As a result, USCIS determined that each of these individuals were able to demonstrate good moral character within the required period of time and met all other requirements for naturalization.

This abuse of authority never ceases to amaze, no matter how many times I witness it.

West would have zero problems with the media. Read about how he was targeted in Fla. by the same DNC operatives that would attack him if he were a POTUS nominee and he did not blink nor flinch. The media cannot touch this man no matter how hard they tried. The worst they could pull would be what you are that he is a freshmen and that would be flung right back intheirface regarding Obama and how they covered for him and they would shut up REAL quick. As well as experience/education wise, West is light years above Obama.

We don’t even know if Obama really got a high school diploma. West does not require a teleprompter to speak.

Besides when the media attacks West they would have to call them selves racists in their next breathe. West Vs. Obama in a debate would be gold.

I do to understand why any of our good, conservative leaders will not step up to the plate. This is not the time for those conservative leaders to tell us that they are not ready to run for president. If not now, then never, because 2016 will be too late. God help us all if we don’t get the right person in the White House and more conservatives in the House and the Senate.

“...an electorate so ignorant that it makes the GOP look like a collection of geniuses.”

Ha! Well-put, brother! Spot-on.

But...this has been a deliberate dumbing-down process. We now live in a “WOW!!! Looka the Shiney Thing!” culture, and the shiney thing oftentimes hides/masks the real danger.

In a word, we’ve been “stupided”...

“...The liberals are clueless though. ...”

They MAY seem clueless, but they’re ORGANIZED, DEDICATED, and FOCUSED on their agenda.

“Our” boys have yet to even HAVE an agenda - or a coherent plan to defeat this American Marxist Insurgency.

This is why we’re losing, and why it WILL come to blows eventually.

Hate to say it, but until I see otherwise, or one of ya’ll out here convinces me otherwise, well, there it is....

Sadly, you are indeed correct.

We EAT our own. I’m no Trump fan, but every GOP operative should be repeating what he says, echoing it, yelling it through bullhorns...

I’m disgusted at the complete and utter lack of testosterone - with the exception of Sarah Palin (and I think SHE’s too lenient on FuBO too, believe it or not - she should be publically ripping him a new arsehole EVERY day).

I believe in calling people what they are - FuBO is a Marxist assclown with a focused, dedicated agenda to remove the USA as a world superplayer, and the Democrat party is the new incarnation of the National Socialist/International Socialist party. Traitors to the core.

Half the people in this country are too stupid to see it, or dependent on them for sustenance.

We’re in a great deal of danger, we need strong, forceful, dynamic statesmen to set things right - and we get either timid assclowns who are so terrified of being called “racists” that they refuse to call this african bozo on the carpet and take him to task - or the slimey RINOs who want to open the gates and let the rest of the barbarians in by “reaching across the aisle”.

Gas prices are skyrocketing, FuBO refuses to let us drill here while farting around in the Middle East - further driving prices up intentionally, and what’s going to happen when the choice becomes paying for gasoline to drive to work versus groceries to feed the family?

We’re heading for some serious heartache times that’ll make 1861-1865 look like a “minor skirimish”.

But hey...not to worry...Oprah has her own network now, so all’s right with the world.

The GOP has become a bunch of mewling babies. Too afraid of their own shadows, they would rather curl in a fetal positition than do anything that might offend some people.
This is politics. You have to offend someone. And if they dont man up and start doing something, they will be the ones that let liberty slip away.
There are lots more of us that feel this way. If the RINOS dont like to get their hands dirty, then they better get out of our way.

This *should be* Barry's Willie Horton moment. And hang it around his neck like an albatross and beat it over and over and over again.

But. The GOP are all momma boy pansies (imagine Mitt saying anything - ha!) and would be afraid of being called a Racist and Islamophobic.

West has not even completed a term in the House and you are ready to put him in the White House? Unfortunately, he has even less experience in politics than Urkel and since we should be pointing out how stupid it was to elect him with little experience, we won’t take that argument off the table with West.

It is very good to have such newly emerging stars as West but don’t fool yourself believing he is ready.
