The people who conspired against him should be in jail.

Connecticut is one of the places in America I’d never be found living in. Aside from political problems, the worst cases of people acting like pigs while driving that I’ve ever seen have four or five common denominators, one of which is Connecticut license tags.

Interesting speculation on the underlying reason - prevention of issuance of hard money currency.

It is this kind of abusive power and disrespect for the Constitution that the Second Amendment was included by the Founders.

“A people unwilling to use extreme violent force to preserve or obtain their liberty deserves the tyrannts that rule them.” SP

Why do you think we call them tyrannts?

One thing I learned from being a SNCO is that not all reports or stories are complete. My gut is telling me that their are a few things missing. Their are two sides to every story and somewhere in the middle is the truth...To quote Glen Beck "The truth has no agenda.

If this story is 100% accurate this Judge would be overruled in a New York Minute...

Yes, they do. The rule of law was usurped by the rule of men some time ago. Now we are witnessing the consequences.

Why I do believe that if I were Mr. Reddy I would be suing. I would win. I would then use that money to pay for my home and then hold a TEA party rally on the judges’ street!

Soon we have had enough and then the judges will have to suffer complete rebellion. Think not? Most judges are liberal communists that think they can make the law.

I would think perhaps If this story is complete in its entirety, and 100% accurate this Judge would be overruled in a New York Minute...

In CT there's only one side ~ that's the one the jack booted thugs tell. It's always endorsed by the judges.

Actually, I doubt that there is much more to the story, because, as written, it indicates such blithe incompetence on the part of several individuals in a position of authority, that organized malevolence is unnecessary. If there is organized malevolence, then its servants carrying out its scheme are best called “bunglers”, and should be replaced.

However, a WHOPPING lawsuit is in order, with copious amounts of discovery, and an outpouring of popular sentiment to the effect that these legal martinets need to be given their walking papers.

OK, let’s find a way to label this leftist judge a “person of interest” in something or other and have his computers siezed, and guns if he has any.

< /wishful thinking >
