“Imagine a hung jury or a not guilty verdict robbing you of justice due.”

You really are ignorant if you think that you’ll see anything close to justice in our legal system. So no I have no expectation that if I ever have dealings with the legal system that I’ll get anything close to justice and as a matter of fact the few times I have been in court the only thing served up was a big steaming pile of injustice. There is no rule of law in this country, there is the rule of the rich and powerful (don’t see to many of the Wall Street executive responsible for the sub-prime melt down in jail now do you?).

Also, perjury is not a thought crime since you have, theoretically, some way to test if he/she is telling the truth. Also perjury has real consequences in that you can harm someone (i.e., a false rape allegation will send a man to jail for many many years, that’s real harm) and so should be punished.

What I’m talking about is what they did, make him think he was talking to a 15 year old and then saying “see, he intended to do this so put him in jail because it would have been illegal if he had done it with a real 15 year old”. No crime was committed in my mind because 1) there was no 15 year old and 2) even if there had been she would have been a willing participant.

I am far from ignorant. In fact, I'm quite certain I am far more educated than you. I enjoy debating FReepers on a variety of issues but when one makes it personal as you have I call it a day.

Good luck in your quest for anarchy.

Do you know me? Do you know my friend’s daughter? You are seriously some kind of strange - vulgar, uninformed, arrogant and I’m guessing you have no children.

Again I say, thanks for letting me know who to avoid, you honestly disgust me. Have fun with your odd views on young girls.

Being ignorant of how the legal system of this country works has nothing to do with your level of education (unless you have a law degree in which case you should be disbarred). In any case you entirely misread me, I’m not on a quest for anarchy but quite the opposite. Unconstitutional laws are tyranny and jury nullification (as acknowledged by the supreme court) is the last defense against an out of control government. Juries traditionally judged both the crime and the law and was meant to keep the government from unjustly oppressing the people.

We have so many laws that are applied in such unjust ways that people have started to develop a contempt for both the law and those that enforce the laws. And THAT is what eventually will result in anarchy. Laws should be few, fair and justly applied, otherwise they will be used by the rich and powerful to oppress the poor and those not in positions of power.

“Do you know me? Do you know my friend’s daughter?”

Don’t need to, I’ve seen your type and your friends daughters type all to often in my life (hint, normal, well adjusted teenage girls DO NOT hook up with middle aged men they meet on the internet, no matter how manipulative he may be). Most of those encounters have not been pleasant so I endeavor to avoid them whenever possible.

Have fun yourself in the make believe world of victimhood that you inhabit.

Sick. Such traps are.

What if Scott Ritter (or any one of us) was pretending to be a pedophile, just like his Rocks Off pretender investigator was pretending to be a 15 year old?

Who's the criminal?

"Just as every cop is a criminal / And all the sinners saints"

Again? Or is this just one of the older charges? He is an unsavory character and will eventually collect his dues.

One of Saadam's son's liked to rape pre teen girls. He invited girl's classes for tours of his palace and made the ones he liked stay behind when the others left and then raped them as much as he pleased and sent them packing. No consequences at all until he finally "got his".

And having Ritter also having access to young girls meant that he would forever be compliant to Saddam. I wonder if US forces found videos of Ritter (and others) when they captured Saddam's palaces?

So did the agent involved in this exchange with Scott Ritter videorecord the cam sesssion where Scott Ritter masturbated for an “audience”?

Waiting for the liberal media to pursue their FOIA request for that...

waiting...

waiting...

Oh, they only wanted compromising images of those supporting the Iraq War.

More that just “chatting” which is all that the Florida Republican even encroached upon. Scott Ritter masturbated (exposed himself) on cam.

Why bother stopping minors from buying cigs and beer when they want it? Right?

And borders are just to make map reading easier...

You may be interested to know: in Canada, false accusers are prosecuted. Formally, the charge is "public mischief"; it carries a maximum of five years in jail. With respect to America, it sometimes seems like a false accuser has about as much chance of being charged as the stereotypical Bronx mugger.
