He was whining because the week before all the snow was gone from the sides of I-80 and this week there’s snow, ice and a rig that was completely off the road, stuck in the trees on a 45% embankment.

Ugly weather here the last two days. Thunderbusters and heavy rain with snow at Tahoe and the pass.
Whoa... can't tell yer left from yer right? ...sounds like you've got Sonoma fever. you'd best come to Mesquite with the rest of us, well, maybe not saganite and B4 cause they're stuck in the snow... we got floods here, and there's some Florida congressman that wants to sell the fed's portion of Utah (70%) to pay off the deficit. May not be a bad idea, depending on the buyer... if it's the Swedish Women's Glock Team, that could be a real asset! Maybe you could drag the TC Shooters group into a half share... think it over!
However, comma, my tomatoes and habaneros thank you, they're going gangbusters, as long as it doesn't drop another 10 degrees. I've saved my coffee cans for the last ten years for such an event. My brother lost all his plants two weeks ago to the frost. Mine only survived because, thankfully, I'm too busy and disorganized to know when to do what.
Speaking of which, I've gotta go cook the N'arlins yeller rice and throw the beef slab on the far.
I hate to tell you this but it is a 99% sure bet that the United Nations now owns what once was under Federal control. The Feds once held big chunks of all the western states. Somebody needs to tell the Florida congressman that he can’t sell what he doesn’t own.
