Unless someone or some Gubmint entity has an ulterior motive, the language is clear.

The whole idea of limited government and the (IIRC) "further declaratory and restraining clauses" that constituted the BoR is the presumption that Gubmint entities ALWAYS have ulterior motives.

The purpose of their expansion isn’t safety, but money. Union money so the laundering to the Democratic Party can continue.

I could see an argument being made for transit centers and bus stops, but not for public events.

You could make the argument, but the problem is that you've just moved a little further down a very slippery slope. If things aren't stopped, it will only get worse.

Our grandchildren and their grandchildren will be cursing the past 10 years as the start of the loss of their freedoms.

That is, if they even realize what they've lost.

The sad thing is conservatives who think this an Obama phenomenon. This has been gathering steam since at least Bush I.

Even sadder is that the American Sheeple love it! That's why you'll never hear any prominent politician decry it and you never hear the adjustable bed salesmen on talk radio mention it. It might distract us from important things like the Caylee Anthony trial.

While I was using a different handle at the time, I remember plenty of us getting ridiculed in 2001 and 2002 for opposing certain things the Bush administration wanted to do. We were telling people that Bush was creating the tools for the liberals to use in taking away our rights, and we were trashed left and right as traitors or not being very patriotic. People were predicting that the TSA would one day move beyond the airports. Here we are in 2011, discussing just how far the TSA should be able to go in their searches and intimidation.

I'm just waiting for Bush's Information Awareness Office to be officially and publicly revived in whole. Parts of it still exist under different names, but with a liberal in the White House and plenty of RINOs in Congress, I expect it any year now.

Not going to happen. Too many Republicans went along with the increase in government power over the last 10 years. Once the government gains a lot of power, it will not give it up, period.

Since it’s the TSA we’re talking about, shouldn’t the title be “...Storming Pubic Places...”?

I’m just sayin’...

I bet they “storm” places where whites congregate far more than any place minorities might be found.

8,000 times a year?

B.S. They must be counting all airports. The few times the TSA was moving under the radar at a few bus depots, trains, underground subway, it was posted, and usually video online. This would have been documented much more, the citizenry is keeping tabs on this blatant violation of the Constitution. It’s about subtly getting the population used to this police nanny state fondling. And the local law enforcement goes about like good little serfs, rejecting their oaths.

I wish I could tell folks here that I would argue, demand to speak with supervisor, refuse all pat downs but the way law has been destroyed I believe one would just face fines and get tangled up in court or worse jail. I’ve no faith in this system.

That’s the civilized option. Because I’m not getting searched outside of an airport — Let the lawsuits per states, etc work their way up to be heard on that level.

I’m armed to the teeth because of a 2nd Amendment endowed by Our Creator, regardless of any local, state decree in violation of that right. Regarding roads, buses, trains, if my anonymity is still in play the black flag get’s hoisted and it’s throat slitting time. And it’s pointless to have deck stacked against you by ratcheting up argumenting with thugs. By way of deception subservience and innocence it’s Mr. Rogers and three seconds to Rambo. The armed police go first.

My relatives didn’t fight in foreign lands for this. Band of brothers sent off in World War II, my great uncle disappearing in a N. Korea POW camp, a million different bloodied souls crying up from the earth who battled tyranny. I think about thirld world hellholes I’ve been in as well as formerly communist countries thawing out of a coma. Nope. No friggin way.

There’s a contingent of people in this society who treat freedom like a joke. Joke’s on them. It’s about to get real serious. Ignorance of the Constitution will not be an excuse. And the conservative talking heads will never get to the grit of what needs to be done.

I’m thankful to never have brought children up in this world.

I continue to believe that the FedGov is trying to provoke an "incident". They are, and have been since the TSA began their scan & grope at airports. After the "incident" will be a crack-down on "right-wing, anti-government extremists". Thus, the majority of Americans will actually support such a crack-down.

At this point, the only unfortunate part of the whole plan is that there WON'T BE any "incident". The American populace is already cowed and quiescent.

Be prepared for false flag events.

They will use their “stopping” these events - to justify their shredding of the Constitution.

During the 2008 campaign, didn’t a certain candidate promise a domestic security force as strong as our military?! Hmmm.

They need to tracked back to their offices and residences. Let them know that they are under our observational policies. Remove their cloak of anonimity!

Be sure to post their addresses on your local Internet or on Facebook.
