So as I see this, if we all just shut up about Palin, stop talking about our respect and admiration for Palin, our hopes and dreams for our country and future for our children—under the leadership of Palin, and quit talking in positive ways about the one person we want for our president, then all will be right again.

As for what I might say about Cain, I have been holding back because I think he’s a nice guy, I have no beef with him and I don’t think he has a snowballs chance in hell of winning. However, should the Cain folks keep making me gag with their lunacy, I may change gears. LOL

Imagine our surprise when reading media reports today that the “One Nation Tour” has been cancelled. Why didn’t anyone tell me? Oh, wait, that’s because it hasn’t been cancelled. (Good ol’ media... you never cease to amaze!)
As I said myself at the end of the east coast leg of the tour, the summer is long, and I’m looking forward to hitting the open road again. The coming weeks are tight because civic duty calls (like most everyone else, even former governors get called up for jury duty) and I look forward to doing my part just like every other Alaskan.
I wouldn’t think it to be such a slow news day that, what with numerous wars and serious economic woes concerning Americans, a bus is driving news stories today. The next leg of the tour continues when the time comes. In the meantime, no one should jump to conclusions – certainly not the media with their long track record of getting things wrong or just making things up.

Sarah is spending the summer with her children and Todd because she is about to spend four years serving We The People and it will effectively separate her from her family in ways the average person cannot even fathom. Moving into the White House is like nothing else in America. There really is no such thing as privacy in the job Sarah is about to embark upon. She’s not only running when she says she is, she’s preparing her family in advance, because she is every bit the genuinely good person she comes across as. She is this summer putting her family first, because she is preparing to then put OUR nation first in their lives for four grueling, grinding, soul sapping years.
Wonder what the case is. The lawyers are either going to have to dismiss her outright as (whatever they may claim) or
make a circus of the case.
Right now, nobody even has the slightest idea who is actually going to be running in the GOP presidential primaries and you're trying to asses who will win in Ill. and N.Y. ? LOL

Lets deal with the “agenda” thing first. What agenda? There seems to be a “Bush derangement” thing in reverse here when it comes to Sarah Palin. Libs professed that Bush could do nothing right. A lot of folks here think Palin can do nothing wrong.
If you watch the video of her statement... lets face it; it was a convoluted mess. But so what? Lets stick a mic in front of your face 10 times a day and see how eloquent YOU sound. If she screwed up, she screwed up. No big deal. But parsing every word and trying to find brilliance in her statement is silly.
Paul Revere set out to warn the colonists. You know it and I know it. We’ve all known it since we were kids. The historian can twist it around a little, but if you read what he said, he pretty much says the same thing.

Reading comprehension? Lets look at her EXACT words:
“He warned the BRITISH that they weren’t going to be taking our arms by ringing those bells and making sure as he’s riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be secure and free”.
Palin said Revere warned the BRITISH by ringing those bells. Not the patriots. Your statement that “Revere said the bells were being run to warn the patriots and SO DID PALIN” is patently false.
