The reality, political correctness aside, is that the illegal alien problem is substantially Mexicans sneaking in from Mexico.

If the liberals can redefine ‘marriage’ to mean “two people of the same sex whoopin it up and living together” then what’s to stop them from redefining ‘love’ to mean “a close connection between men in their 60’s and pre-teen boys”?

Why not say, “ I changed my mind about what I thought government policy should be.”

That way he doesn’t have to pretend to KNOW what is moral or immoral.

The short answer is that the case against same-sex marriage has been tested against reality. The case has not passed its test....

The "reality" is quite simple, and not arguable. Male and female genitalia are made for union. Male/male or female/female can only achieve union by means of deviant, unnatural, and risky behavior to the physical and mental health of the persons engaging in such behavior. In addition there is the added risk to the physical and mental health of population at large.

Democrats and other lawmakers with disordered minds abrogate their responsibility to ensure the safety of the people for some twisted and deranged concept of "equality."

Do you ever hear the word gay used anymore in a context which doesn’t mean homosexual???

No, and whenever it is used, it's a cause for giggling . . . which is so sad.

Negro used to correctly describe the race of basically Africans . . . and no one was offended.

God used to correctly describe the Intelligent Designer . . . Disney, et al, would talk incessantly about "Mother Nature" and then, of course, "evolution" became vogue.

"Religious" used to be fully descriptive. . . then along came "Faith Based."

And, of course, I could go on and on and on.

“It’s not same-sex marriage . . . it’s homosexual marriage. Dammit!”

I agree. But, heck, is there even such a thing as homosexual marriage? Call a spade a spade, man. It’s sacramental sodomy, in some cases, and state-sponsored sodomy in others.

David Frum supports polygamy and adult incest (or is a hypocrite of the highest order).

David Frum is--and has been--a pseudo-Conservative poseur; a Canadian Yale graduate, very much into self-promotion, with very little understanding of the cohesive social values that made American greatness possible.

Same sex marriage is an oxymoron. You cannot have marriage--the way organized society sanctifies its procreational pursuits--if you cannot consummate the marriage by actions that could--if the couple are fertile--lead to conception & birth. Marriages that are not consummated, have been subject to annulment from time immemorial. And two men--or two women--without the other sex, do not have the equipment to consummate a marriage.

But superficial as always, Frum makes his irrelevant points.

In an attempt at humor, a few years back, I proposed sending David to Haiti, to save Clinton's experiment in promoting "Democracy" there. Sadly, no one else wanted to take it up. But if anyone is interested, here is the proposal: David Frum To Haiti Project.

...hint, Latin Americans and Indians (from India) and some Asians are those who most share our culture. Latin Americans are from a Christian culture, or and the others are from cultures heavily influenced by Western Greco-Roman culture or with traditions that adapt well to it.

All Democrat voting blocks, white Americans have not voted Democrat since 1964. End immigration now.

Frum comes from a Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (like PBS but worse) icon. His Mum, Barbara was a CBC elite. At best, he’s a RINO, showing his rebellion from his family.

Cheers,
Jim

So, you are falling down a well. You finally hit bottom and all your bones are broken. But you’ve stopped falling, so what’s to wory about?

Gay marriage is an abomination, and that’s without even resorting to religious arguments.

We need a guest worker program. They are “sneaking in,” as you put it, to roof our houses and pick our tomatoes.

Why do you think the crops are rotting in the field in the state of Georgia? Because they adopted a draconian policy and can’t get enough Latin American laborers to pick them. In one area, they got a few white American applicants for the job and almost none of them lasted more than half a day; those who did picked only one third of what the Mexicans did. There were no black applicants, even with supposed high black unemployment.

State officials even offered the jobs to prisoners and the prisoners turned them down.

The only reason most Latin American illegals are illegal is that there is not a high enough entry quota to meet the demand for their labor, and there is no short term worker program.

Now other illegals - there are large numbers of Middle Easterners, Africans and Asians who get smuggled in by the coyotes - are not necessarily as harmless. Large numbers of the Asians (mostly women) end up as sex slaves, Africans and Middle Easterners get here and somehow go directly onto welfare and start collecting government benefits (look at Obama’s auntie) and the Africans are also very big in the drug trade. Oh, and the Middle Easterners also start plotting immediately on how they can kill us.

So maybe you should rexamine the “problem” of Mexican fruit pickers and construction workers.

Hmmm... it would seem that the real threat is from illegal immigration.

I see that you just joined FR a couple days ago and maybe you aren't aware that this is a CONSERVATIVE FORUM, so maybe you could clarify things.

Are you saying that the ONLY THREAT America faces is illegal aliens and that the homosexual agenda IS NOT A THREAT?

Why are you even bringing up immigration on a thread that has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT?

“white Americans have not voted Democrat since 1964.”

A heck of a lot of them sure did three years ago. For various reasons.

I’m not sure what you are trying to say, the white vote has not gone democrat since 1964.

In 2008, the democrats got 43% of the white vote.
