It’ll be hard to explain why this is a felony but the TSA folks can’t be charged. Yeah..like how a husband isn't charged when he touches the breast of his wife!
Why, I know a woman who told me she let her boyfriend do that...and they're both still running free!
And the police wouldn't arrest my massage therapist for working on my glutes!
What is this world coming to?!
