The police waited for the shooting to stop before arresting him. He has enough time to run out of ammunition and shot almost everyone on the island.

The police performed despicably and the press is not even pointing this out.

They entered the island, but waited for him to run out of ammunition on the children before arresting him.

Here are the valiant police cowering behind their van while a gunman shoots children.

Just as bad a performance as the Indian police in Mumbai.
