I believe once Obamacare reaches the Supreme Court they will also rule it unconstitutional.
The Supreme Court does not operate in a vacuum. They can see the financial mess our country is in and they also know that adding one more entitlement program to the already overburden taxpayer may very well be the straw that breaks the taxpayers back.
Allowing it to be implemented will just hasten the collapse of our nation, I do not think even the liberals on the court want that.

Good analysis. The elitists realize there must some modicum of law and order and subsequent peace for them to continue to survive.
The fascist and Marxist idealogues are another matter. We’ll need to pry them from their ratholes and out of America at the point of a bayonet. My suggestion is to give them a one-way ticket to North Korea. They can join their Stalinist comrade brothers and sisters eating bark off trees and singing praises to “dear leader.” Or we can hang them.
If we don’t solve this problem, they’ll come back at us for another run - 2020, 2024, whatever - to take our America, by force, and impose a communist “paradise.” It’s time to end this crap once and for all. Either they leave voluntarily - now - or we force them out of America with the law, backed by a bayonet. They are traitors, after all.

I almost named my second dog "A Dog Named Sue" but decided against it.
With a 2-1, they'll go for an en banc rehearing before they go on to the Supremes. I'm confident in our crew here in Atlanta, they're by and large pretty good judges -- it's the folks from Florida that I don't know and worry about.

Agree. Boehner should also be challenging our continuing involvement in Libya, but he won’t. Unfortunately, Boehner is part of the problem in DC. His staff won’t even answer the phones anymore.
