Old news to me...this was one of the major reasons Kagan had to be stopped but the GOP blew it.

Claiming to be able to debunk every wrong idea which ever comes down the road as Snopes does is close to a claim of omniscience and only God is omniscient.
Snopes claims that the story about the early radio star Uncle Don Carney is an urban legend and my father told me he heard it as it happened. Who do you think I'd tend to believe??

The Snopes-Soros connection is not new.
Kagan simply acted in her official capacity as Solicitor General.
I personally don't see why taxpayer-funded resources were used to defend an individual on the eligibility issue. It's not a defense of the office, its actions or authority.
