Obama should go all in and bid a $100 Trillion spending package. If it’s phoney-baloney money printed (or electronically generated) by the Fed, why limit yourself to a measly $1.6T?
I’m really starting to worry we won’t make it to 11/2012.
People must be tired of seeing me post this but, here it goes again.
The Obama administration already has the third spending bill sitting in committee in the Senate. The bill is S.942, The Transportation and Infrastructure Grant and Re-investment Bill. It was introduced by Patti Murray on May 9th and read into the record twice. She was joined by Susan Collins and Dick Durbin.
The bill pays for permits, environmental studies, land purchase and even interest on start up money. What it doesn’t do is create “shovel ready job”, family wage union jobs. That’s why you will hear a whole lot of talk about “long term solutions”.
This bill simply puts more money in the hands of the Democrat crony partners that received money from the other stimulus bills, companies like Goldman Sachs and Warren Buffet’s BNSF, as well as all the lower level environmental planners and engineering companies.
This is another vote buying and money laundering bill at the cost of the public.

It’s almost amusing that while Patti Murray is head of the Democrat side of the budget deficit reduction committee, she is also head of the Democrat Party fundraising committee.
So, what does she do? She proposes a bill that will funnel loads of money from the treasury to the Democrat party cronies.
