I agree, though I was stressing a point with the 39% thing. Fact is, nobody should be paying more than 10%, or less than 10%. Nobody.
To make ends meet the solution requires serious cutting in all areas which do affect defense of the nation and eliminate regulations which stifle all business - the job creators.

A lot of people are going to hate my next suggestion: cap tax deductions of payments to lawyers, tax preparers, and accountants for income tax preparation and for wealth management to $500. That's for individuals, partnerships, companies, and corporations. And governments, where applicable. The Courts, who say "ignorance of the law is no excuse", must believe that The Law is understandable to every citizen. If someone can afford to hire someone to track all the expenses and do the forms, then it's that person's optional expense, and an excessive amount would be disallowed by the IRS, just as other excess deductions are disallowed.
When was the last time you saw an income tax preparer handle the accounts of someone living under a bridge?

The next time you are engaged in a conversation with a Lib, particularly about the subject of "fair share", just tell him, "It's my turn to decide what is fair...my turn, my turn, my turn!" Watch the look in his eyes and smell the ozone from the fuses popping in his head.
The best way to handle the "fair share" issue is on the fundamentally moral basis. But, their emotional maturity is typically immature and lacking reason. So you have to hit them on their level.
I think that Obama and everyone in his entire Administration should have to chip in everything they own. After all, the taxpayers had no say so in how our money was spent!!!
What about the 47% that pay no income tax and the 23 million who receive EITCs?
This will be taxes on top of O’bummer’s healthcare program taxes/costs that won’t hit high gear until O’bummer is long gone from office.
O’bummer is doing more damage in 4 years than any sane person could repair or undo in a lifetime.
