Any candidate that endorses nation building should be considered an automatic fail.

Good luck getting Ron Paul elected.....

With the exception of the 50 some second gaffe, Perry did great in this last debate. I have heard many more than a few pundits, conservative and liberal alike, say that Perry would have won that debate had it not been for the “oops” brain fart.

Anyone attempting to say Perry is getting “worse each debate” is showing an obvious attempt to lie for campaigning purposes.

[Does bringing the Olympics to Utah count as foreign policy experience?]

Or speaking French because you sent 2 years in France for your Mormon mission stint.

Lets hope he can remember that third point tonight. I can’t bear watching Mitt Romney try to feed him the answer again. That was bizarre. Perry needs to use some notecards so this stuff does not happen again.

Look on the bright side GG2, Gov. Perry might just be relaxed enough after this so as not worry anymore if he’ll goof (he did and he’s still standing) and do a great debate tonight. His Wednesday debate appearance was 95% solid, but when that 5% “oops” took all the headlines, he turned it into a plus.

You are right. The bar is so low now he might as well just wing it. Maybe he’ll loosen up. Just to be on the safe side they need to put Rick next to Mitt again. Just in case. LOL!!!

Interesting is the distance between Obama and Perry in this photo.

"And our very important foreign policy position must be that our friends know we’ll be there for them, whether it’s Israel in the Middle East or Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, or India in the sphere of influence where China is located.”"

How does spending our wealth and our troopls as world policeman reconcile with a strong economy? It's what caused the demise of England and our becoming a debtor nation. Our friends must take care of themselves, we are already broke. Spending money on Americans is not our biggest problem, spending money on the world is. Nation building here, starting now. I like Perry on jobs but on foreign policy, fogitaboudit.

Yeah but according to him, I’m “heartless.” No sale.

I hope that Perry will be asked about his latest ideas of allowing illegal immigrants (criminals) to have work visas so they can move freely back and forth between countries. I still can't believe he would push such a policy when the economy is in the toilet. It would be opening up a lot of jobs to illegals.

Standing with our allies is good policy.

No, not really.

I supported Perry strongly early on. I have a lot of personal affection for him, as he is a decent man. I just wish now that he would quietly go away so that he doesn’t suffer the embarrassment that is coming. I’d prefer not to see him pounded into the ground in Iowa, NH, NV and SC. He will be gone after SC, if not before.

Again, I like Perry and have a lot of affection for him, as a good man. But a brain freeze by the commander in chief is more than a flub. We simply can’t have that, and, alas, we won’t.

All that said, I admire your persistence and willingness to stand by Perry.
