FR should have filed a friend of the court brief in this case. If forums don’t have free speech rights, who does? Its good news but no one should have to fear being sued because they followed the rules. Kudos to DU! I hope whoever succeeds RH will leave FR well enough alone in the future.

UNLESS, you could go after the Lawyers personally. better yet how about the LV Newspaper and that org (Stephens ?) Seems a case could be made they were in on the scheme.

How about pushing a DA to file a RICO case against all involved in the scheme, including Stephens?
