I used to work in the same building as the WABC studios in Manhattan, and I'd occasionally share an elevator ride with Kuby. Two things really stood out about him:

1. He's a big guy (about 6'3" tall), which makes me wonder why anyone would pick a fight with him.

2. He may be a Communist agitator, but everyone I ever met who worked for WABC while he was there swears he was the nicest guy you'd ever meet. Go figure. He must have been intoxicated if he was behaving belligerently in that situation. LOL.

I’d like to flay Kuby’s face & ponytail and plank it next to an all night campfire then the next morning load it up on the internet. Jivaro Indians would be emailing me asking for the recipe.

Read the piece. He wasn’t “mugged.” The fellow who punched him has a pretty good case for having defended the young woman from his attack which was brought on by Mr(?)Kuby’s reprehensible attempt to stifle free speech.

Yep, it’s great. I worked a case where a judge was threatened by a former defendant she found against in divorce case.

After gathering a veritable army of other judges, prosecutors, and private security, I was amazed at how quickly the Constitution goes out the window when a judge is the recipient of unwanted attention.

It’s not a justice system, it’s a judicial system.
