Jihadists as victims? I guess if you can’t pin it on talk radio, this is the fall back position. Brokaw set out to destroy America during the Vietnam War, and hasn’t waivered from that objective.

Howie Carr’s column (sorry, no link) in the last day or so sums it up quite nicely. He says that America is putting out the welcome mat to Islamists, who have been murdering Christians for centuries. What could go wrong?

So Brokaw says Obama’s fault?

Former NBC News anchor Tom Brokaw strongly suggested Sunday that America is partly to blame for the gruesome terrorists attacks in Boston, because the young, Muslim men involved may have felt “alienated” and angry over U.S. drone strikes on “innocent civilians” in Muslim countries abroad.

There's no liberal guilt at work here. This guy is just another example of the toxic cocktail of senility, ignorance of history, pretty lame psychology, and failure to grasp primitive human nature.

Koranimal atrocities have been more or less constant for 1300 years, long before drones.

There seems to be a parade of these pundits, all cast in the Dan Rather mold, delusional about their own wisdom and erudition, and demonstrably wrong about past "judgments." This recent parade of all identical fools all seem to agree: muslims are misunderstood. They lack role models. They just need more time to adjust to the 8th century...

Hussein must have spent a long time and lots of effort to coerce all these dimwits to defend muslims.

Can't judge them all by the actions of 98% of them?
Yes I can. It's the right thing to do.

There is one thing Brokaw and I can agree on. If we just left muslims alone, did not support them with tax dollars, and totally prohibited them from visiting the US, we would neither have to use drones, nor would we need Homeland Security and be looking over our shoulders 24/7.

Works for me!

Muslims are misunderstood."
Uh huh.

LOL Yes, they should. Maybe ask him where to buy a spine too. He’d probably say “I don’t know I was born with one, ya jellyfish!”

Tom Blowchow are one of many liberal media elitists that don’t know their head from their s$$. IMHO, the companies that bring us these elitist mouths need to be forced to close and we need too support companies that are on the right side.

I don’t know what happens to these talking heads in the UK when they retire, and if they become celebrutards there, but I’ve heard that they are properly called there the “newsreaders” which is all that they are there and here. Big hair and an ability to read in a confident sounding voice. Otherwise, brainless.

Brokaw is often hailed as a politically neutral and patriotic journalist. He is, however, a self-described Democrat who in 2008 referred to Obama’s inauguration as a “velvet revolution” and equated him to Jesus Christ, while comparing GOP running-mate Sarah Palin to Pontius Pilate.

We are told to hate the sin but to love the sinner.

However, in Tommy Brokaw's case, the sin and the sinner are one and the same, so I'm stuck at hatred.

The one thing I ever learned from listening to Michael Smerconish years ago was that Brokaw, at least at one point, was wearing a Che t-shirt while out and about.

He was a liberal dufus when I was growing up and he was the anchor on KNBC in Los Angeles. Nothing changes.

Tom Brokaw is an idiot. I wonder who feeds him his morning oatmeal? I doubt he could manage getting the spoon in his mouth without help.
