Yes, and tvs, microphones, computers, the internet, etc. weren’t around when the Founders wrote the constitution. Does that invalidate everything the pos Lupica has used since he was hatched? What a comtempible crud.
He started out writing tennis articles. Now he thinks he’s Walter Lippman. Even Lippman wasn’t as loopy as Lupica.
Lupica needs to be subjected to microphone control.
First, he will need a background check.
After that, if he is, indeed, allowed to use a mic, it will need to be locked away until it is used and the mic cord will have to be stored in a separate location. He can have no back up mics.
The mic will need to be equipped with a volume suppressor that keeps the sound of his voice at a just audible level.
Other sanctions are being considered, and will be made public when appropriate to do so.
Wow, just wow.
Is this the guy Don Imus was/is always touting?...Yet another upper west side elitist...zzzzzzzzzzzz!
ESPN: Sports. Dumb tough guys playing a game.
This was written by a guy whose job is to talk about sports?
Always bemuses me the way the sports-media is almost entirely infested with these little whiney, pathetic sissymen. One of the things, I believe, that ultimately just turned me off from sports altogether.
Wasn’t there another ESPN guy, Kenny Mayne, who was tweeting about his desire to actually run down some car in front of him because it had a Sarah Palin bumper-sticker? What disgusting pansies these guys are.
Lupica belongs on a stake, not on a sports network.
No kidding. I never watch that Liberal sports trash channel.
He is not good at reporting sports, why would he try to take on the “news”....
Of course they should, but leftists in sports media can't resist the temptation to spew out their political views even when the subject is totally unrelated to sports or to particular athletes. This comment by Lupica is even more of an overreach outside his job description than last week's prolonged praise by his colleagues of the gay pro basketball player who "came out."
By the way, how is Donovan McNabb doing anyway?
Thus said the little girlie man Lupica
I like our local guys who broadcast the Detroit Tiger Games. Mario and Rod never wade into that stupid stuff.
Ernie Harwell was the ultimate. There was no doubt that he was a serious Christian but he didn’t comment on players personal lives or talk politics in the booth.
Yea, well neener neener!
“Shouldnt ESPN stick to sports?”
No sh*t, right?
Speaking of which, on SI.com, Peter King’s “Monday Morning Quarterback” column used to be MUST READ for me. But, he, like Lupica, can’t keep the inner-liberal contained and has to pop off leftist mantra schmeg in nearly every column. I don’t read him anymore.
The useful idiots like Lupica and King do show a vital part of the leftist strategy: Never, ever let up; march towards the goal.
Can’t even use sports as a temporary escape anymore. I really, really hate the left.
dumb exjocks and jock wannabe’s pretend to be relevant.
Next thing you know, they will be bowing down to queers
