Recent development suggest that there is not only traction in the investigation and prosecution of criminal acts by elected and appointed political criminals, but the process is on the most sticky tires possible.
It would be a major miracle is the perps manage to squirm away from the hammer of the justice Hussein so loudly invokes almost daily.
It is the right thing to happen.
The most corrupt and arrogant administration in the history of any real democracy in the world is on its way to its just deserts.
How it happened is the subject of someone's Pulitzer prize for investigative reporting.

People need to sue the IRS—Push this to the Supreme Court. What they were doing was unconstitutional. Make em pay!

Public servants are usually shielded from suits during the commission of their normal duties. They are not, never, shielded from suits or being protected from prosecution for criminal acts. Yes, even politicians and bureaucrats are prohibited from abuse of power under color of authority.
Big time!
Doesn't really matter if they have quit or retired. Congress should increase the statute of limitations for such criminal acts, to begin when a full and complete investigation is made, the guilty identified, and serious jail time applied to each and every one of them, no matter how many years it takes.
