Hours after the US announced “peace” talks with the Taliban, they attacked Bagram AF Base and killed 4 US Servicemen. Leave, by all means. We have already announced we will. But dont leave in disgrace, doing deals with the very people we set out to defeat.
We should leave, or should've left, in such a way that we could've claimed victory, as immediately after a big offensive.

What really angers me, is that the Taliban have single handedly been the largest killers of American troops in Afghanistan. Why in the WORLD would we want to bring them back into the Afghan government? All the geniuses here who say, we should leave, let me do what they want, tell me, when we threw the Taliban out, and spent ten long years fighting them and establishing a government in Afghanistan, why are we now throwing all that away and bringing back the folks who helped execute 9/11, that we chucked out, and that our troops have spent ten years dying to get rid of? Its a total self goal.
