Barry, if you really want to help the 1.5 billion Muslims around the world, encourage them not to marry first cousins. After a few generations, the level of nuttiness would be greatly reduced.

The Islamic calendar is lunar and has only 354 days per year, while our calendar has 365 days. So the Islamic months slip 11 days per year against us. When Clinton was bombing aspirin factories to deflect Monica news, Ramadan was in November.
