If Obama likes gays so much, then why is he such a fan of Islam? Doesn’t want the Olympics in Russia due to their stance on gays, but has no problem pumping money into Saudi Arabia? What do muslims say about homosexuality? What a freaking hypocrite.
“Two’s company, three’s a crowd.” That was a “crowd” by generous standards. If the military has the 2% gay population of the rest of society, they should have had 60 active duty personnel, not counting family members and civilians on base, assuming that all gays would show up. They fell far short of even that modest target.

I find delicious irony in a term that utilizes a euphemism for homosexuality.

I didn't accept that premise either. The disturbing part is that the Air Force is going out of its way to promote that premise.
My father also served during WWII, but didn’t make a career of it. I’m glad my Dad didn’t live to see the likes of Obama or even Carter, for that matter. Like you opined, ‘what has happened to all the real men?’
Well, many good men have replaced them, but too many slugs have also replaced them.

Good thing you got out before they make homosexuality mandatory in the military.
And how many in that crowd were only there under coercion (overt or implied) so as not to appear ‘homophobic’ and to enhance their command’s appearance of ‘inclusiveness’? Many of those present could been there just to laugh at it as a freak show.
This sort of thing, in short, is simply stupid. That it is not generally recognized as such, tells a great deal about how far we have drifted in pursuit of "diversity"--which is a cultish term, today, beloved by those who seek to deliberately suppress recognition of the extent of actual diversity among human types. Whether or not it’s a good-guy/bad-guy dichotomy, at least Russia is demonstrating both common sense and self-survival, while America continues its grotesque descent into the sewer. Having our military drive out Christianity, while worshipping homosex, is a pretty clear picture to me that America’s future is in grave doubt.
