Not a fail. Huma is closer to the seat of power than ever.
And boy, Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, has a whole lot of “seat” to hold all that power.
Now, let’s sort out the players. The Muslim Brotherhood is more closely associated with the Sunni (Saudi royal family) and the Sunni faction of Islam, and the Hezbollah is more closely associated with the Islamic Republic of Iran (and less directly, with Bashar al-Assad in Syria) and the Shi’ite faction.
Which one does Herself really want to be supporting? Seems to be tilting toward support of the rebels now fighting in Syria, the side more sympathetic to the Sunni faction (and the Saudi royal family’s money), while the Soros money seems to be on the side of Russia, Iran, and al-Assad.
Take care what enemies you activate on the way to the top. They will be lying in wait on your way down, and they have poor impulse control along with long (if distorted) memories.

A public figure with the stature of Mrs. Bill Clinton, must give the Department Stores in her hometown of NYC fits just trying to keep up with public demand for the latest style that she wears!
Oh, I know that her hometown is really that of her bff Obama, but Chicago is just not as stylish a city as NYC.
