It will be a train wreck and we told them loudly and clearly it was going to be a train wreck. It may speed up the time line of the crash. That will allow the wreckage to cool and the smoke to clear. Maybe in my limited time left, we can give the free market without government meddling a chance to deliver health care affordably once again.

Ironically, the fewer people using obamacare, the more likely it will succeed. It is economically and for that matter physically impossible for obamacare to sustain itself in any measurable way unless there is a mass denial of services.

I wonder what would happen if a DOJ Attorney General as corrupt as Holder was oppointed, but he had an ultra right wing perspective. I mean no crimes when the New Black Panthers suppressed votes, so no crime would be called if other right wing groups suppressed votes.

If/when Ocare gets going good a lot of people will be denied care. When politicians and bureaucrats decide who gets what then the criteria become very quickly corrupt and ideological choices are sure to figure as will bribery. Bribery will be the only way to get timely care fr those not in the elite of the ruling class.
When Medicine becomes a low paid “service” the best brains will mostly not go to med school. Those that do and the best already practicing who do not retire will move their practices off shore. Young folks who have incomes now should be finding high deductible insurance that is good off shore. It exists.The brains in British Medicine and to a lesser extent Canadian Medicine went to Asia. The Caribbean countries are busily streamlining their tax and business laws to accommodate clinics and practices in anticipation.
