Because ideologically speaking, she is a person of alleged superior quality and values, dedicated to coercive Utopianism ( liberal fascism). She has superior knowledge, superior intellect and superior moral values. For these reasons she is perfectly justified in imposing a draconian law on the People.

This hearing revealed to America, that we are battling fascism, coercive utopians who will violate the Constitution knowingly, with malic aforethought, to gain their so called superior society or Utopia.
