What straight face? When spewing, Carney’s face contorts into a sneer, with the left side of his mouth pointing up toward his left ear. He has no “straight face.”

Sure: “we” includes any member of the Federal government; and “said” means, in addition to things actually said, the entire 20,000+ pages of Obamacare.
