This is the whole reason why they would not delay the individual mandate.
The Republicans need to pass a law state by state that makes it a felony to use any healthcare information for any political purpose. They also need to pass it in the House and use it a club on the Senate and President for not passing it.

I would like to see a voter registration form sent out with any IRS tax form request or download. The Dems would have a thousand reasons why this would be intrusive.
