The Justice Department is NOT interested in civil rights violations.
By their refusal to apply hate crime charges to black attacks on whites Traitorobama and Traitorholder have effectively declared a race war against nonblacks.
And the members of Congress continue to shove their heads up their asses even further by not impeaching these traitors.

For once, I wish some high powered criminal lawyer would take his case pro bono, to turn the trial into a challenge of the hate crime law. While they would have to face insane levels of hateful PR, for defending this scum, he might even force Holder to send in a top notch federal prosecutor to defend it, turning it into another “monkey trial.”
I have zero sympathy for anyone doing this particular crime.

You are perfectly correct. The only thing his motivation should be used for is determining the length of his sentence after he is convicted of committing assault.
You know it won't. This guy is gonna get all the press. It could happen 29 times with the opposite racial dynamic, and they will go virtually unreported.
