I don’t live in C’ville and wouldn’t be caught there after dark unless I had to (especially downtown). I carry with me 100% of the time, and entering my home will almost certainly lead to serious injury or worse.

This certainly isn’t new for Charlottesville, which has a truly nice downtown mall with shops, restaurants, and theaters. IIRC, 2-3 years ago gangs of feral black youth were on a knock-out king rampage in downtown Charlottesville. After a hue and cry from downtown merchants, there was a minor crackdown that is obviously over. The City operates a criminal breeding center right next to its downtown core, and thinks citizens and UVA students exist to provide revenue, robbery victims, and rape receptacles for the underclass. Leftists and the dependency class vote to have things this way.

That’s the Ken Rex case, right? I remember reading several articles about that, and it was on 60 Minutes if I recall correctly. It was also on some crime show. The guy got what was coming to him. Of course a number of lib mags thought it was just awful that the kindly Ken Rex got shot by buck-toothed, tobacco chewing, town troglodytes. I read one lib-written article where the pantywaist lib basically accused the town of murder. The rest of the country applauded the townspeople.
Won’t happen. Only white people commit knockout crimes, just ask the Federal Gov’t.
