not a big fan of crying Glenn....mostly because of the crying. but philosophically I generally agree with him.
“Senseless” MEANS “for nothing.”
Maybe it would be better if you stood for something you could admit openly, without being ashamed of it.
Video of the interview and Tapper’s after-comments. I found his follow-up comments despicable as well.

Betsy Rothstein is morally revolting, and not nearly as good at lying as she thinks she is. But like the rest of Hillary’s Thugs, she’s been taught that brazen, aggressive hypocrisy is “skill.”
And that she is invisible.
Beck has no right to “scold” anyone.
If you think Jake Tapper did “a good thing”, then we have nothing to say to each other.
You a Jake Tapper fan?
Yes I am. And even more so, I hold Glenn Beck in contempt. To put it nicely.
Tapper is one of the biggest champions of our warriors and veterans in the MSM today. Luttrell went off half-cocked.
Since I don’t think Tapper’s intent was to insult foolish American voters, I think we are probably in agreement.
You are not 1rudeboi, you are pathetic.
And your comment is senseless.
Only liberals have the right to "freedom of speech". /s
Watching the video, I see an anti soldier sleaze bag, not a warrior’s champion.
I was not referring to the right to free speech. I am talking about the fact I have a pair of house shoes with a higher IQ than Glenn Beck does. Plus he is a moron and unstable. Okay. I am done. I sound obnoxious now, don’t I? Sorry if you are a Beck fan. My apologies. But that is my opinion.
That was not a question designed to develop facts “Who, what, when , where” or even “why?” It was a question designed to coerce a cheap submission to Tapper’s own point of view through exploitation of Lutrell’s sense of guilt, that is survivor guilt. I haven’t read the book or seen the movie but I’m certain that the theme is there and the offense is that Tapper wanted to exploit it either for personal or political reasons. The anger was a justifiable and intellectually legitimate response.
Tapper was trying to get a cheap...cheapshot...the intention of his question was provided by the reaction of the Navy Seal. I usually like Jake Tapper but if it takes staying up past 2:00 AM to explain what you meant you have lost the conversation!!! Senseless killing is what happened at Benghazi!!!
Not at all. Actually, I can't stand Beck either, I don't like his style. He's unstable for sure, but he's not a moron.
But he's often right on the money, and when he is, I support him.
Why would CNNs Jake Tapper bring a U.S. soldier on his show and blatantly insult him and the 11 SEALS and 8 soldiers who died alongside him in combat in Afghanistan?
Answer: He would. He did.
Tapper saying just look at the way he has covered the troops in the past, that was like Obama saying he supports the troops then sending them on a mission that he doesn’t believe in where 15,000 of them are killed and wounded, then cutting their medical benefits, but sure he supports them.
Tapper is just another ignorant jerk to lazy to read the Book, and listen to what Marcus has said in many interviews about how he thinks and his fellow Seals feel about what and who they are.
