Sharpton is a PONS.
He faces a potential 105 years in prison and will receive at least 60 years under the state’s mandatory minimum sentencing laws.
Sharpton said that is not enough.
Okay. The guy is 47 and he gets 60 years that is a life sentence. Guess Sharpton really is an idiot!
The guy was convicted and faces a long prison term. What is Sharpton’s “justice” - drawing and quartering?

Fat Albert is not a "reverend"; he is a liar and a cheat ... and it is a damning indictment of the urban "black" culture that the people he claims to represent do not rise up with torches and pitchforks to tar and feather him.
Dunn returned to his car, got in, reached across the seat, opened the glove box, removed a handgun, chambered a round, and began shooting.
The question for the jury was whether the time involved in that - including Dunn's decision to return to the car for the handgun - evidenced the premeditation required for First Degree Murder.
The jury appears to have been deadlocked on this point.
Whatever sharpy says, it’s 100% the opposite of what’s right.
If I read it right...there’s a minimum sentence of sixty years (all total). The only thing that Sharpton can get hostile about is that it won’t happen as murder-first-degree. Generally, if you walk into a court and go for murder-first-degree...then you need to say it was planned ahead of time, and that it was calculated. None of that thinking works into this situation. I think Al hasn’t watched enough court TV or viewed enough cases to understand the difference between first-degree and second-degree. For me....once you get past twenty years in prison....life is pretty much over.

The case also confirms one of my own personal rules. When another driver acts like a jerk and I'm thinking about yelling at them or flipping them off, I tell myself you have no idea what is in that car - let it go. Obviously, in this situation neither side was thinking like that.
Lets not forget Crown Heights or Freddies Fashion Mart where Al incited his people to murder white people, thereby becoming a hero to the left.
