The state of MA is murdering this girl. Period.
On another thread here a poster suggested the judge has avoided any final ruling as that might be appealed before another judge.
So, under this judge there shall be:
1.) No third opinion on the medical diagnosis to resolve the Tuft’s/BCH difference in diagnosis.
2.) No appeal to another judge so long as this judge avoids any finality.
In other words, anything that might actually resolve the dispute has been ruled out. => CYA, the first rule of any bureaucracy is to protect the bureaucracy. The young psychologist in this case holds herself out as an authority on somatiform. Careers, reputations and tens of millions in liability are at stake here.
I just saw this on Huckabee and was not surprised in the least it’s going on in Assachussets, the liberal cesspool of the east coast. Yes big government is great isn’t it ladies and gentlemen. The state takes someones kid and uses them for “experiments”. I was just talking about this the other day, how full blown fascism is exploding on the east coast: New York - a completely totalitarian state now especially in New York city, Connecticut - turn in your guns or be destroyed, Assachussets - now they kidnap kids for medical experiments, just wonderful.
I live in Upstate New York and we get a lot of Mass-holes that drive into NY for work. Cheaper property tax there too. Here’s the thing...NY maximum unemployment benefit is about $410 per week. For Mass-holes it’s about $610 per week.
Losers that want that periodic 50 week vacation can more easily find work in NY...then get a bigger payout on unemployment in Mass...see how that works.
Otherwise, Mass driver...they love to play spoiler...they are good Democrats for sure.
Unreal. I grew up in New York city and finally moved last year, best thing I ever did. Now they voted in a Marxist for Mayor who announced a few weeks ago that anyone who has a business that has more than FIVE employees must pay for sick days. Isn’t that wonderful, 5 employees. So if me and 4 of my friends start a cleaning business, or a carpeting business, and one of our friends decides to be a dikwad and call in sick one day after another, the rest of us have to pay him for it because the Marxist demands it. While we do all the work he can sit at home and reap in the profits. You know what the result of that will be? Only me and 3 of my friends will be starting a business not 4. Leave it to Marxists to elongate the unemployment line.
