I think these forces will be sent into the urban city centers to quell rioting. There are just not enough police to control the feral urban youths in the inner cities. The mayors are likely to demand it when the shtf.

Although your observations regarding the state of our "urban centers," such as parts of Chicago is true, I just don't see these forces being used against 0bama's sons and Holder's people.

In every instance I can remember, the Police are sent in to quell the riots started by the minorities in the urban city centers. The only exception I can think of are instances where it is just too dangerous for the police and they pull back and “let it burn” watching from a distance.
