Just as in Mexico, public school teachers are the ground troops for communism here in the US. They are a perfect weapon: they have more free time than full-time workers, they are guaranteed employment for life after a couple of years, they are subsidized by those they despise and oppress, and they are in ust about every town in this country.
When Newark NJ was going through a spike in murders, they laid off 160 cops while the teachers all kept their jobs. Teachers’ unions are the owners of the Democratic Party, and they’ve controlled the direction of this country since Obama’s election in 2008. If Obama is discussing the problem in Ukraine, he’ll still throw in that we need to hire 100,000 more teachers; that isn’t an accident. He works for them.
There is no BAC test for public intoxication.
If an officer observes you drinking more than 2 adult beverages in an hour, you can be charged. If he thinks you are "intoxicated".
