The guy should have been shipped back to Liberia for treatment by the native doctors there. That way, he wouldn’t have gotten substandard care by the racist American medical system (apparently paid for by U.S. taxpayers, even though this guy was an alien).
Duncan died because he was a selfish idiot. First, he knew he had it and lied to get into the US instead of seeking immediate treatment at home. Second, he endangered his entire family, including children, by staying with them. Third, he endangered American citizens and hospital staff that should never have been exposed to his Liberian originated disease. Fourthly, by that time it was too late - no medicine or health insurance would have saved his life.
I imagine his hygeine wasn’t that great either - liberia isn’t known for outstanding utility infrastructure. That’s why it will never be a major problem in the states - we know how to wash our hands, flush a toilet and use soap. But most importantly, we actually do it.
Somebody hand Jessah the bill for the illegal alien who got ultra care for free in one of our hospitals. All the while he has likely infected others.

So, black people who get the disease don’t have any hope of survival anyway, so it’s best just to let them die.
When white people get it, it’s sure to be much less severe and also curable, so it makes more sense to expend scarce resources on people who will benefit from it.
