He’s just figuring this out now? It’s been this way since he “won”. His idea of bipartisanship is republicans (thereby the Country) bending over and taking it. Consequences be damned, he’s going to do what he wants to do. He’s not done fundamentally changing America yet.

Ha, 3 points!

I say old 'Tingles' is hedging his bet with this CYA play, he knows 0 is crashing and burning, and he's constructing a bit of 'I told you!' cover for later...

Wow. He identified the entire problem. Compromise. We need to end that. It caused this mess.

I think you misunderstood the specific intended use of the word "compromise."

When the clueless and dimocrats use the word, it means "elections have consequences," and the opposition is locked out of the entire legislative process, and all leadership positions are assigned to the winning party.

When the political JVs, the "Republican'ts" use the word, it means kinder and gentler politics, share the legislative power and process, and allow the wolves across the aisle to chair critical chairmanships.

Ruthlesness vs. cluelessness, and the results are self evident.

The First Megalomaniac trots out after a political rout, as if nothing has happened, firm in the knowledge that the PC can't-lower-ourselves-to-his-level professional political doormats will allow themselves to be run over because that has been their behavior for the last six plus years.

Even the nation's best known bloviator, O'Riled up is suggesting that the Conservative Republicmats must offer the First Sociopath something for the sake of 'compromise'

That has worked out so well!

No I got it. I was being sarcastic. Chris wouldn’t know a problem or identify it correctly if he got run over with it on a Terex dump truck. And he wants compromise only when Libs have power.

I should have done a better job with my intent. My goof.

The message I get is that Obola cares not a smidgen about what’s best for this country. He’s totally consumed with what’s best politically for him and his agenda. He has no heart or soul, everything is weighed in terms of politics. Even some of the rats have realized it and are dismayed - some of them still have a tiny bit of their souls that haven’t been sold yet.

...but he was so proud of American’s for putting their prejudice aside and electing the first black president.

The only thing Chris is doing here is trying to avoid responsibility for his active participation getting Obama elected.

Matthews and his ilk own Obama. Forever. We will not forget them, or our neighbors that voted for Obama. To me, they are no friends of America. Never forget.

“There’s something in this guy that just plays to his constituency, and acts like there’s no other world out there,” the MSNBC host lamented.

Obama's most loyal constituency is black Americans... but blacks ARE NOT INTERESTED in open borders. They don't want more people to compete with for jobs.

So who IS Obama's constituency?

It's NOT Chris Matthews or other liberal journalists... Holder hates journalists... he's reflecting Obama's feelings. It's not traditional Americans... Obama's not down-with 'clingers'... It's not even politicians. Obama doesn't seem to like that group either. So who is Obama's constituency?

But bh0 stated (implied) that the 60% of the population that did not turn out to vote showed that they support his positions and thus the Republican ‘victory’ was actually a defeat and he can ignore it.

Yeah, that is what I thought he would do.

Actually I think he is saying the opposite. Chris is saying that “Obama is so ideological that he doesn’t care if he takes his own party down with him”. Chris is affirming what many here have said, which is that Obama has his view of the world and that is all that matters to him.
