He remember history when anti-cop race baiting left inner cities unpoliced. How can you police the most violent area of the city and risk being persecuted for using violence against the violent and arresting predator thugs?
I guess it’s time for inner city blacks to experience the Utopia of no cops so they can remember why the police went on a campaign to clear out gangs. Don’t snitch and be dead.
