The kid is old enough to know what he was doing with or without their instuction or his own fabricated reason...just as all Muslims who take up arms know full well what taking someones life means...death. It will be interesting to see if that provision stays in the bill that attempts the override, as one reason for some of those rules was so that Democrat investors could make money in foreign steel production. They might have to throw the bone, but money talks.
