I could justify it... depending upon recoil. I like big CCW pieces, and carry them well. 10mm ammo is easy to get, and more reasonable than it was just 5yrs ago.

My A5 magnum shoots 3” like a 20 gauge, it’s 4+1 so pretty close to that thing only prettier ;o)

I fitted new Remy SuperCell Recoil Pads to my 870 Tactical and 1100 Autoloader, and the Beowulf .50cal, and there's 50%+ less felt with both 2¾" and 3" shells, plus the 335gr-450gr 50cal loads. Amazing difference and no shoulder/arm/back after effects.

Rain is changing-over to heavy wet snow now, as temps drop into the upper-20s. Got my 14” Maine (LLBEAN insulated) Hunting Boots out, Air Force Arctic Parka and am well-stocked for months. Heck, we’ll be lucky to get 4-8” here; most is going east and north.
