Is this photoshopped? I’ve seen it many places, and I could actually believe Joe would be that inappropriate. This may have been a somber occassion at a Memorial Service, and Joe was putting on his best ‘Faux-Compassion’ look, so he thought.

As ridiculous as Joe is the electorate of DE is completely responsible for this guy. By voting for Joe they’ve elevated a failed used car salesman to one of the most influential and powerful elected offices in the country. What does this say about DE voters? I think they’re pretty much on par with those of Floriduh. Its not the pols its us who are the problem.

With Biden one never knows. If he can tell someone in a wheelchair to “stand up, Chuck,” I wouldn’t put it past him to say basically the same thing to a dead man. “Rise up, Neal!”
