Normally, I’d call BS since this is Iran but I’m going to choose to believe it because Kerry is a suck up and I like the mental image I’m getting of a petrified Kerry appearing before President Jarrett to explain this.

Kerry, in his infinite buffoonery didn’t express his desires succinctly though. What this fool meant was that he “wished the United States had a Presidency with the same powers as the Supreme Leader in Iran”.....essentially for any [Democrat President]. He is actually too stupid to realize that his comment could be taken as a slur against Obama in particular.
