What a great read! This GOPe operative got a small look at how angry we are and shiite his pants crying for mercy. A man would have said NOTHING Erick. A man would have waited until it subsided and gone about his business but because you have shown you are a “sensitive kind of guy” the next time you stick your head up you’ll get another dose of reality - bank on it.

Erickson hid under his wife's and daughters’ skirts, using them as his excuse for dis-inviting Trump to the RedState event. If he had a problem with what Trump said, or at least his interpretation of what Trump really meant, then he should have said so directly without invoking a desire to protect his family from what Trump might say in their presence at RedState.
RedState is Erickson's party, and he has the right to invite whomever he wants. But using his family the way he did was cowardly. He has been called on it, and is now whining about the ferocity of the reaction to his decision.
A couple of weeks ago, Erickson went on a ten-minute rant against Gov. Kasich, filled entirely with vitriolic, ad hominen attacks. (I've been listening to political talk radio for twenty-five years and I've never heard anything like it, even from Gordon Liddy.) Kasich is certainly not my favorite among the GOP contenders, but if Erickson is going to throw around that kind of personal invective, he should not be surprised if some of blows back in his face.
