You're right on this donna. Lots of pit bulls in the violent parts of the 'black community'...
They probably used their cute little Pitt bull, I want to play, voices.
The whole story is ammo against the G-G'ers.
What is it..? "When seconds matter, the police are only minutes away".
Later
First sentence in this excerpt:
Cynthia Oliver, 55, has been charged with assault and reckless endangerment after allegedly ordering the animals to attack
Sounds pretty clear to me in the British report:
“a woman ordered her two dogs to attack”
CNN puts a little different spin, but it still sounds intentional:
” the dogs’ owner, Cynthia Oliver, 55, exchanged words with the victim, said NYPD spokeswoman Detective Annette Markowski. Oliver was holding the pit bulls and dropped the leash, she said. The dogs attacked.
But Anthony Bove said his father told him there was no altercation, no words exchanged.”
Don’t know if they had “words: or not, but the guy had gone to the church to check on some work he had done for them. Couldn’t have been long after he left the church when he was attacked.
Mr’s Smith and Wesson are not welcome in NYC.
I’m under no obligation to be a victim.
Bust me AFTER I’ve saved my life...
From the angle of the camera, it’s really difficult to tell if the dogs are amstaffs, or American bulldogs. Americsn bulldigs tend to be white, and are longer legged than their amstaff cousins. Amstaffs are not naturally human aggressive, but I’ve never met a good natured, trustworthy american bulldog, though I’ve not met them all.
In any event, the lady did not have good control over her dogs. If they had been trained to attack, they would have been trained to call off on command. If she couldn’t even walk her dogs, then the problem is lack of training and behaviorial control.
Fr. Morris was on Fox & Friends this morning talking about it. I caught only the last part so didn’t know why they had him on. He said he knew the woman who owns the dogs.
Heroic was the guy who intervened. Ripping ones shirt off is not heroic. And I've seen and like Father Jonathan. Just saying.
We used to go to a feast in Bay Ridge, B’klyn, right next to the Villa Bata pastry store...maybe it was the Feast Of San Genaro?
It was fun, hanging with all the cugin’!

I guess the better description would have been priestly priest. Not only gave him physical aid but also spiritual aid, last rites AND telling him to be strong and fight on.
It was the Feast Of Santa Rosalia!
