Me thinks if one shot a coon with this round in 45 AUTO, that the coon would done be blowed up real good.

I had to pop a raccoon 3 times in the head with hollow point .22’s - after the first shot, he still fought with the dog. After the second, he crawled another 6 ft and growled at me.

Fascinating concept of a fluted tip, anyone know if this has been tried/marketed before? Wonder if the nose of the bullet enhances the spinning effect, and any resulting improvement to distance, accuracy, etc. Curious about the weight (implied stopping power) as well and any change to recoil.
