The Army lost this battle a long time ago.

They could never articulate the purpose of Ranger School.

I would have no problem serving beside a woman in combat if she can meet the same standards as I. I doubt if many women or any woman can meet the standards of Navy Seals or Army Rangers. I can not and at 67 years of age have much more upper body strength than the vast majority of women in their twenties..

Political correctness kills, It kills it kills it kills. It kills good men and it will kill good women that think they can perform at an acceptable standard. The Israelis tried this in the 1967 war and found out it was an error. They have since adjusted their protocol. Their women soldiers are no longer front line combatants.

Those two took the slots from men who would now be trained and ready. All due to PC.

This is madness! Obama (the First “Black” President) has
romped and stomped, and has been allowed to romp and
stomp. His lies and juvenile diddling in matters “above
his pay grade” are outrageous. Of course, these Democrats
elected him - twice - and he is an unmitigated disaster!
Pigeons tend to come home to roost; and many times the
effort it takes to send them flying is considerable. . and
it’s the grownups who must bear the load required to remove
the pigeons these “progressives” release.

Those who believe that the females who were recently declared to be Rangers actually faced and passed the exact same physical and
mental challenges as all the Rangers who came before them might be interested in a really great deal on a bridge for sale in Brooklyn.

6 I’ve discussed this with my Ranger Nephew. When he graduated, he had me pin his tab on. But, he didn’t think anyone (regardless of gender) should be shown favoritism. He said, he would be more concerned with homos than females.

9/18/2015 - FR- Obama to nominate first openly gay service secretary to lead the Army

President Obama, in a historic first for the Pentagon, has chosen to nominate Eric Fanning to lead the Army, a move that would make him the first openly gay civilian secretary of one of the military services. Fanning’s nomination is the latest in a series of actions taken by the administration to advance the rights of gays and lesbians throughout the federal government. The Obama administration has overhauled internal policies to provide benefits to same-sex partners, appointed gay men and lesbians to the executive branch and the federal bench and ended the 18-year ban on gays serving openly in the military. Fanning, who must still be confirmed by the Senate, has been a specialist on defense and national security issues for more than 25 years in Congress and the Pentagon. As Army secretary, he would be partnered with Gen. Mark Milley, who took over as the Army’s top general in August. Together the two men would assume responsibility for the Pentagon’s largest and most troubled service.

Even now, your strategic sense and mental aggressiveness are in a different league from the female mind.

But that isn't even the point. The point is that they're women. It's contemptible for society to hide behind its women. The point of human society is to protect them—they carry the future. It's a sacrilege, it's positively Aztec to sacrifice women physically when they're supposed to be what we sacrifice for.
