Transsexuals also seem fixed on exaggerated images of the opposite gender. They don't want to be Plain Jane -- rather, Marilyn Monroe. Or a macho guy.
To me, both transsexuals & transvestites are essentially "gays on steroids:" they are gays who have taken gender roles to the erotic extreme.
How foolish. According to Plutarch, Cleopatra was not exactly gorgeous. She was, however, intelligent, educated and charming. She had a nice voice and was talented with makeup. That's how she was able to collect emperors.

Foolish it is and may be, but look around you and notice how women dress, act, and present themselves.
You’ll see that it is the case.
And when men react towards beautiful women as I’ve seen men do, it only reinforces the stereotype.
Sad to say that is the reality of it all.
This is the result of victimization status / minority status assigning moral weight to various groups. In short, the more exotic you are, the more moral right you are assigned.
There are more feminists than transgenders, therefore, transgender’s feelings trump feminists, just as LBGT trumps the sexual normal population’s opinions.
Feminists just aren’t used to being trumped by crazies who parade the worst stereotypes of women.
Maybe not. Some transvestites, Eddie Izzard keeps saying, are actually heterosexuals. Some male to female transexuals become lesbians. Both groups are fascinated with femininity to the point where they're confused about being with a woman and being a woman.
It's not easy to generalize about homosexuals, but many gay men seem to be more obsessed with masculinity than with femininity. Extremes do tend to meet, though, so the same people can be fascinated by hyper-masculine and hyper-feminine icons.

They all need to come out from under into God's glorious Kingdom of love and acceptance. Men and women are equal but different. We have different roles that we are best at according to how The LORD has made us. There is not any shame in being a man or a woman. It is wonderful to be either.
The Muslim anti women society is a picture of what happens to a society that doesn't value women. Much of what she said applies perfectly to them. Has she addressed their demented values concerning their women? This is something that she could address if she is interested in helping the plight of some women of the world.
I think there is some improper ideas about what and who women are in our society, for instance personified in the pornography industry where many men feed into the idea that women are merely sexual objects without respect to their personhood and dignity. I also do know men in our society that have little respect for women on a whole. The feminist culture has damaged women much more than it has helped women and hasn't helped at all with proper male/female relationships.
