It's coded language stating that illegals has anchor babies. The anchor babies should not be American citizens to begin with and if we sadly can't strip them of their citizenship they can stay behind with an American legal resident family member or leave with their law violating parents and return when they are adults (I rather they never return).
I agree in principle. The average employer inclined to hire foreigners illegally needs to come to the conclusion that it just is not worth the risk. We also need to make it easier to turn in scofflaws and provide a financial incentive to do so.
I don't see it. Theyâre here illegally, probably invading in some technical classification. What due process do they deserve?

The premise of your question is based on circular logic.
A judge processing the deportation determines if the person is an illegal alien or an American citizen.
Illegal aliens of course don't deserve due process. American citizens do.
