Given the fact that the three dollar bill ambassador had the same fudge packing hobby as Barry, I can think of a whole lot of reasons other than kidnapping that might lead to a very Stalinesque “no person, no problem” solution.

Especially with Hillary advising him and responsible for security at embassies.

I don’t think Barky and Hillary were trying to get Stevens killed. Obama wanted him kidnapped so that he would have a plausible excuse for releasing GITMO prisoners in exchange for the ambassador. Obama wanted to release the GITMO prisoners to win favor with the “Syrian moderates” that he was supplying with weapons at Benghazi.

Obama and Hillary were purposely out of contact because they needed to pretend that they never were informed of an attack on the consulate in time to prevent the kidnapping of the ambassador.

While they were “unavailable” American security personnel on the scene began reporting the attack- they requested help and said that they would try to defend the consulate. They were told to ‘stand down’ which is the tell that Obama’s gang wanted the attack to go through unopposed. But the Americans engaged the attackers anyway and that sent Obama’s scheme off the rails and turned the attack much more violent than was planned, resulting in the death of Chris Stevens when the consulate caught fire.
