The correct two are at the top. Just as long as they stay there for another 9 years and one month.

Not shocking, nor unexpected, but would not be surprised if on Caucus night it’s not the other way either.

Iowa was pretty key for the Santorum and Huckabee efforts as I recall.

Good poll for Cruz and Trump.
Game on boys!
Also now that Cruz is in the lead all the attention is going to be on him. This is make or break, bring it on!

What will Trump do now in IA? Open his checkbook, add staff, do whatever? He certainly plays to win.

Yea I remember when Carson was polling 10 points ahead of Trump according to the register.
Iowa is a caucus. I expect Trump will hold his own. Of course he’ll have to deal with the razzing he’ll get if he comes in 2nd or all hell breaks lose if he slips to 3rd.
Caucus are a turn out game. It’s a good test for Trump’s viability.

Des Moines Register hates Trump, so no surprise (or shock)

"Trump holds a 1-point lead among those who identify themselves as "establishment" Republicans, with 23 percent compared to 22 percent for Cruz."WHAT?!?!
To: Jet Jaguar
Oh, by the way, due to proportional allocation of delegates, Trump would still get one-quarter according to this poll.

well this is cool if true. Go Cruz!
To: Jet Jaguar
Hillary would much prefer to run against Ted Cruz over Trump.
She might win over Cruz unfortunately. She will NOT win over Trump.
There is some special sauce going on in this one. This isn’t about Cruz, this is about anyone but Trump. Clinton and her minions hands are all over this one. Which means the press will do everything for the short term to promote Cruz over Trump.
Podesta to donors: Cruz is likely GOP nominee

Cruz has obtained a number of significant endorsements recently and I’m quite sure this poll is a result of that.
